“Jakub recently repaired a leak in my mudroom and replaced all of the damaged drywall and trim. He and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to a few people before hiring him, all of whom blew the scope of the project out of proportion - I appreciated his well informed approach to fixing the problem in the most efficient and straightforward way. I am beyond happy with the results and will be hiring him again for other remodeling projects in the future.”

“I can certainly say Bhatti Pro are serious rounded individual builders. Ali the owner of the company consulted me every step of the way for my new project built. I was so impressed to see a young talented individual like himself run an operation backed up by a team of dedicated architect, engineers, and labor force. Ali had set up my project from beginning to finish with some kind of software platform 'Monday.com", which was very helpful and so simple too use. I was updated every step of the way with project progress pictures, documents, inspection reports. The entire process was a breeze, even minor hiccups were dealt effectively and efficiently. The proposal I was given by Ali was so thorough and detailed, each and every step was accounted for to justify the total construction cost based on the approved drawings his architect had established. “My favorite thing about Andy was that he listened. He also had good taste and a serious commitment to doing work well, but more than anyone else who ever worked on my two-story brick row house, Andy listened to what I wanted and to my questions and comments throughout the construction process and did the job accordingly. Work included: demo, roofing, carpentry, masonry, refinishing, painting, and sheetrock--all done in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Andy is not your lowest bid. But your lowest bid is going to do a crappy job, and you'll wish you paid a little more and hired Andy.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
