“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“We spent 2 years planning to build a new home. Steve and crew were patient and very helpful during the process. When construction began until we moved in, L&M always tried their best to make the building experience perfect and pleasurable. Were they always perfect? No, but the difference was L&M would try to make it right if something wasn't the way we wanted. I wanted to give them 5 stars but that grade is for an absolutely perfect performance. However, I would give them 4.5 stars. Overall a great experience and really good people. We love Lamon and McDaniels and will recommend to anyone that ask. Alan Williams”

“They were responsive, helpful, on time, and provided a reasonable cost with high quality work. They would suggest ways to accompish the desired product at less cost or easier, faster construction. They suggested options that I hadn't considered and I chose some of them. I was completely satisfied at the end of the project.”

“Ab's unique approach, attention to detail, willingness to stretch the boundaries, and total commitment to quality materials interior and out sets him in a class of his own. Ab enjoys detailed exterior treatments and challenging roofscapes. Instead of complaining that the "plan is too complicated or expensive" he actually enjoys more complex traditional design plans for premium residences. His creative touches, often labor intensive, and executed by him personally or under careful supervision, are why I will recommend him as the builder of choice to a client anywhere in the Knoxville area.”

“He did a major Kitchen remodel that required knocking out a wall and replacing everything. He did a very good job. I a very pleased with all of the work except the drywall which I think he may have subcontracted out, but there are multiple areas with nail raised showing and corners near entry doors are terrible. But all around he is great to work with.”
