Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly. Pricing was fair and paperwork complete. We would certainly recommend them and will use their services again when needed.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

They did a big roof job for us before and they did a fantastic job, so when I needed a trusted contractor we hired them to build our dream house and we were very pleased with how smooth the process went. They are extremely knowledgeable and reliable professionals. I know when they are on the job site the job is getting done right! They are effective, adaptable and are great with communication. The leadership skills to manage a team made the project absolute success!”

“We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“Bellissimo Home Remodeling (BHR) is always such a pleasure to work with. I am an interior designer and have worked on several projects together with BHR the last few years. As I designer, I encounter many remodeling companies out there. But I have to say that there are 2 key attributes that sets BHR apart from their competition - 1) They are consistently responsive in a timely manner. 2) Strong Attention to Detail. Some vendors approach projects as a transaction. But BHR takes pride in providing quality work and ensuring that a clients' vision is materialized. The nature of the construction process is not always smooth but I can always depend on BHR to consistently maintain a level of professionalism. All this gives me the confidence that our mutual clients will be well taken cared of.”

“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“I'm so happy that I reached out to Big Boy Roofing. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with their team. They replaced my roof in April, and made the entire process as easy for me as possible. The level of professionalism and customer service was truly exceptional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job on my roof. It looks amazing, and after two months with this new roof, I haven't had a single issue with it. If you need any work done on your roof, Big Boy Roofing has my highest recommendation. I would absolutely work with them again on any future roofing needs. They obviously prioritize delivering both quality work and excellent customer service. I'm impressed and pleased that everything went so well. Working with them, was overwhelmingly positive beyond my expectations.”

“My husband and I wanted a patio installed in our backyard so we got quotes from four local hardscapers. Builder Boy came back with the most competitive quote, and Josh was extremely responsive, professional and helpful with the design and layout. So we hired Builder Boy, and Josh informed us that they would be able to install the patio within a week because of a lull between two big jobs (our job was small, only going to take 1 or 2 days total) which was great! The guys showed up on time, worked quickly and finished the job in 1 & 1/2 days. We had sand set brick pavers installed, and my husband noticed a section that wasn't fully filled in with sand, so Josh had his guys come back out immediately to fill the area in. Once we decide to redo the hardscape in our front yard we will definitely be calling Builder Boy again! Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for fast, professional and reasonably priced service.”
