“My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. I highly recommend Woodstone, and would use them again in a second!”

“We hired Steve to finish our basement and it turned out great. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he was always willing to listen and answer questions. He also brought a lot of ideas for the project, including great ideas for a rustic bathroom, unique tile floors and shower and hidden crawlspace access. He also built a removable stairway railing that will make moving furniture into the basement very easy. We really wanted to utilize all of the space in the basement and Steve helped us create storage areas to maximize the finished area. Steve was great to work with and we are very happy with the basement.”

“As a designer with 21 years in the construction industry, I had a difficult project other contractors claimed impossible. A.L.Woolhouse Construction looked at it with no hesitation, gave me a great price, and exceeded my expectations. I wanted to do some of the work myself but was unsure of how much. “I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”

“We used Mr. Lemke to fix our leaking garage. We had lawn atop it and it required removing all of the soil from the top followed by sealing the roof with a rubber membrane, installing a fence around it and replacing the wooden facade that had been damage by water leaking on the front., Multiple trades people and much coordination but all happened before the snow. Nice and professional”

He was so mindful of our budget and helpful at every turn — including the search for a vanity less than 19 inches deep for our 1969 rambler bath — in love with the one he found. So impressed with the quality of his work, the speed of the project, and how neatly he works — we’re having him back in the spring to do the kitchen.”
