“I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.”

I have to say — from day one, really out of this world service. Russ and the boys were top notch as well. Everyone on their entire team has taken the word professional to another level. Joe, beyond the regular job of what is "expected" — its all the little things that matter to me as well. Taking the time to be courteous to the children as they pass and making sure the site is clean when leaving each day, really nice and appreciated. I have professionally been in the customer service industry for the better part of 12 years now. I hold myself and my work to a very high standard, and demand the same from others. “Turnberry Custom Homes is amazing. Kevin is absolutely great to work with and steps through each part of the project with you making sure you are comfortable along the way. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the processes and products that are being put into your project and/or home. Our project involved clearing part of a heavily wooded lot that we plan to build on in the very near future (Turnberry will be building the home as well) and it was done quickly, professionally, and under budget! We've worked with several builders and contractors over the years and Turnberry is by far the best.”
