“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“I simply can't say enough about James and Frontiers. My wife and I wanted to finish our basement and had no clue where to start. James met with us several times to discover our needs and truly got to know us. He delivered a 3D drawing that was a perfect representation of our dreams. His professionalism, creativity, attention to detail and ability to stick within the budget and timeline is simply unbelievable. “For many years, I had sought a company that would repair stucco on a 150 year old house. By chance Ben moved into the area of the city where I live. We consulted and came up with a plan to repair the lime based stucco on my home.Ben identified the areas that needed repair, gave an estimate and a timeline to complete the job. Ben was completely familiar with the structure of my house, the materials required and the time to complete the contract. He explained the nature of lime based stucco and as the job proceeded, he always kept me in the loop. His workers were very professional and skilled, the work site was always tidy and the work was excellent. The final touch was to colour match the repairs to the colour of the original stucco. “It was mid November, we had permits, drawings and a framer (Andrew M.) lined up for our 500 sq ft addition above the attached double car garage. 2 days AFTER the framers were supposed to begin our demo/ build they backed out saying they should have never taken on our project because of how busy they were. My wife and I were in a panic because we had to search for a new crew to start our project. After reaching out to 20+ framers we found Elevation Builders based out of guelph. We had 10+ quotes from a whole batch of framers and Paul not only had the most reasonable price, but he could also begin our project within 2 weeks and complete it before Christmas. By trade, im a finish trim carpenter so I care about the fine details. The way Paul and his crew tied in the new addition to the existing part of the house was flawless. It was my biggest fear to have this addition completed and to clearly look like "an addition". Not here! His workmanship and quality is second to none. If i need to hire for framing in the future, i wouldn't think twice and neither should you. You would make a solid choice! Alex B. Kitchener Ontario”

“Superior Finish did an excellent job finishing my basement renovation, including bringing the house up to 200 amp service and replacing my old electrical panel with a gleaming new one. All of the trades that showed up at my house were timely, courteous and took care of the place. The quality of the work was excellent and at the end, no surprises, the quoted price was what it cost. Definitely would hire again.”

From the initial stages of quoting, right through end of project, we found Jeremy and his crew to be conscientious, hard-working, skilled, and honest. Helpful suggestions were also brought forward along the way. They do great work, and a lot of the work themselves, any sub-trades they brought in were also superior. We would absolutely use them again!”
