“Basically, we had a pipe bust inside the house and flooded done of the rooms. The wood flooring wad ruined in places. I had to have a water restoration company dry out everything, then they referred John to me. He was great! He came in took measurements and got the estimate to me and the insurance company promptly. As soon as I received the money, he started right away explaining everything along the way. I had three rooms and the hallway tiled by John, and it looks amazing! “We hired Jeff for a renovation of our detached garage apartment. It was an A-Frame, which he took completely off and rebuilt with full walls. It was made into a loft apartment with decking across the front and enclosed decking/porch on one side. It also included adding a laundry room, handicapped access bathroom, and full kitchen.
