“I have hired Lee on several occasions to do work. He most recently raised the ceiling in my house and installed tongue and groove planking and recessed LED lights. He also converted my hot water to a tankless water heater and resealed my roof. Two years ago he renovated all three of my bathrooms. He does a superb job at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to have him do any work. He’s the best in the Florida Keys!”

“Bill Becker just completed a bathroom project that involved new lighting, installing a mirrored medicine cabinet and towel rods and expanding a section of wall to add more space to the small bathroom. He was knowledgable about the materials and electrical issues and had creative ideas that I appreciated. He is a perfectionist in getting things right with an eye for detail.”

“We just completed an extensive remodel of our 1950’s bungalow with Neyra Construction and couldn’t be happier! We are not new to remodeling, but we are new to Florida and Key West, impact windows, local building codes and the complicated “50% rule”. Patty and Diane helped us find an architect and then guided us through the construction process every step of the way. Had we not had pandemic related delays getting our windows and appliances, we would have been right on schedule in terms of actual construction time, and we were pretty much right on budget with the exception of a few things we added that were outside the scope of the original contract. It was reassuring to know that Patty was on the job site daily, especially since we were not in town while construction was ongoing. The quality of the work done by all their subcontractors is excellent. We’re very happy with our “new” home!”

“From the beginning, Bryan explained how the job was going to go. They built a 100’ cement wall. From start to finish, the staff were fabulous. I did not think there were workers like this in the keys. They worked non stop! They used the best of everything and followed the architects requests to a t. They left no mess at all and the wall is fabulous! If you want a job the way you want it, Barracuda Builders is for you!!”

“I have to give Ivan and Yami a five star review on their work on my project. They managed to execute a full home remodel in only 9 weeks and finished before my deadline without any compromise on quality. They showed up on time, workmanship was flawless, they addressed any complications that came about in a timely and professional manner. Any extra work that was needed during the construction was immediately addressed and executed. I cannot recommend this company enough for any work in the upper keys. I will most certainly use them again on any other projects that come up and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for any projects in the keys, small or large. They can do it all!! “Amaro Homes Inc is awesome!! I had to replace my laminate flooring as they were in bad shape from water damage. I hired them and they did an amazing job. The took out the old laminate and replaced it with beautiful wood looking tile! They were quick, professional and most importantly did an absolute amazing job! Hire them! You really won't be disappointed. I no longer have to feel ashamed of my flooring thanks to Amaro Homes Inc. !”
