“Rapid response, quality work, clean and efficient. Rate was fair and clearly communicated. Our dishwasher needed replaced and when we moved it we found significant rodent and water damage. We needed a new hot water shutoff valve to even have the dishwasher removed. Frank was quick to answer our request and able to schedule the work rapidly. He replaced the water valve, removed and repaired the damaged framing, replaced insulation, replaced part of the subfloor, installed an electrical outlet, replaced damaged drywall, and even seamed and mudded the joints. All of that and totally cleaned up in under 3 hours. The number of trades this repair touched could have caused us any number of headaches, but instead we only made one call to Frank McKoen. Highly recommend, will use again!”

Most recently, they have updated a 1973 home, replacing rotten wood, reworking plumbing and duct work, expanding a kitchen, reframing the roof lines, and tiling floors, baths and back splashes. I count on them to find potential problems and correct them. Every member of the crew is conscientious and courteous.”
