“We recently contracted with Streamline Home Services to finish our basement after talking to three other companies. Connor Duffy worked hard to get our business and he didn't disappoint us. He also offered the best value. He is an excellent general contractor and his work process flowed very well. He kept us informed about who was coming and how long their process would take (plumbers, electricians, dry wall installers, painters etc). He had a good rapport with his workers, as well as with us and the workers were very respectful. He follows through on his promises. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I would recommend him to others.”

“I have used City Lights for 3 major renovation jobs in the past 13 years. We purchased a 90 year old Arts & Crafts bungalow style home in St. Louis that needed updating. Randy at City Lights listened, brought skilled craftsmen, adhered to budget and timeframes and helped us make our house our home. We spent $30K on the first renovation which included re-routing a stair case, renovating the kitchen and updating a master bedroom. We spent about $15K on the 2 subsequent renovations which included finishing the basement with bath installation and updating the master bath. Our updates blend perfectly with the historic features, leaving us with ease and convenience.”

“We have hired JMS Solutions twice now and are very satisfied with the quality of their work. JMS work force is polite, courteous and professional. They are also skilled craftsmen of the trade. Their workers never left their worksite cluttered. When they left for the day the site was always clean up. JMS was on time with their work and within budget. We had our main bathroom remodeled by JMS. The bathroom looks great and the shower is something we are very happy with. We had outside work done as well. We had siding put on, our windows calked and repaired, new doors hung, two new outside faucets replaced and the entire outside of our house painted. Quality work by a quality work force led by courteous and knowledgeable owners, Jason Smith and Nathan Wallace. We were pleased with JMS Solutions in the past and will go with them in the near future.”

“My husband and I purchased a 46 year old home in Creve Coeur that was in desperate need of updating. Recommended by our designers, John and his team did an amazing job to get the project completed. His work is the highest of quality and he did not leave out one detail in our project. He went out of his way to be available to us in order to get our project finished with our less than desirable time crunch due to our upcoming wedding. The results of our kitchen project are beyond what we could have imagined it would be. It is truly our dream kitchen and it would not have been possible without Innovative Remodeling. John and his team are so pleasant to work with and we could not be happier they were recommended to us. We look forward to having John help us with the future renovation of our basement. “Just posted this .. Our experience with Trophy Contracting has been exceptional. We were very impressed with the sales presentation and love the fact that they were so knowledgeable. We were sold on the overall quality and how professional Andrew was. We did our kitchen , full bath and patio cover. The projects ran very smoothly on time and the cleanup was impeccable. We’re very satisfied with the overall results and the follow-up has also been very good. We would highly recommend Trophy to other people considering home remodeling projects and will use them again in the future. In fact, we are having them come out to finish our basement. Great company and great employees !”
