You took the time to give concise explanations along the way and made it clear how additional steps could be of benefit to us. You were readily available to us around the clock and showed great foresight of a reputable and experienced builder in planning, design and proficiency of your trade. From the outset the stages were clearly identified to us and indicative of the cost and scope of works. As Project Managers we admired the process and organisation, management and control you demonstrated in our project right through to compliance and certification. At days end the site was always complete and functional to a level for us to maintain being able to live on site throughout the process. Again, thank you for undertaking our extension.
