We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”

I've been so happy with the master bath that they are currently renovating the hall bath. Mike's employees are the nicest guys ever, always enthusiastic about the project and making suggestions that will make the space more beautiful and functional. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design.
