“Zambrano Development repaired and painted bay windows built in 1966 to prevent leaks and and improve the outward appearance of the house. They also a rebuilt a wooden gate. The work looks good but of course I am not a good judge and time will tell how long it lasts. I could not always reach them by cell phones. One day the two people I wanted to contact had full mailboxes. Also I would like to have been called on the days when they did not come, even though, yes, I know you can't work outdoors in the rain. Everyone who worked at the house was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”

“Our bathroom remodeling in Chicago could not have gone smoother. Villa has great remodeling contractors in Chicago that offered amazing ideas and solutions to give us the bathroom that went beyond our dreams. When we told them what we wanted, they paid attention and we love everything they came up with. While some ideas would have put us over our budget, they were able to make changes on the fly to accommodate what we wanted in a different way to keep costs down. For any bathroom renovations in Chicago, we recommend Villa.”

“Very satisfied with their work on my basement. Professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They were open to suggestions when it came to the specifics of the project. They were quick to remove all of the surplus materials when the job was done. That has been a major issue with previous contractors. Very happy, would use again.”

“Having worked with many contractors in the past, I must say that I have never been as satisfied with the finished product as I have since The Tradition Builders entered into my life, and completed my kitchen rehab. Having just purchased my condo, I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen before I moved in. Tradition Builders came highly recommended from friends that used them on bathroom remodel a few months earlier. I contacted them to give me an idea of what they would do with my awkward kitchen to open up the space and make it as useful as possible. Ivan provided me with excellent ideas and guidance, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything suggested, as well as the time and money it will take to complete the project. Once the project began, he was in constant communication, and kept me updated on project’s progress daily. My beautiful kitchen was done before the deadline and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the overall delightful experience I have experienced with this incredible team. I am looking forward to working with them again on the bathroom remodel next year!!!”

“I had only planned to install a vanity in my bathroom and was looking for someone willing to perform what was essentially a handyman project. No one wanted the job because it was ‘too small’ until I reached out to Overall Builders. Robert was glad to take on my small project. Because of his professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic, I decided to remodel the bathroom now instead of later. He and his team were great to work with, always on time and helped me navigate through my first remodeling project. Robert made regular visits to the work site, kept me informed of schedules, costs, etc. Overall Builders did an excellent job on my bathroom at a reasonable cost and finished the project on schedule. They will be the first ones I contact when I need help in the future. I would like to thank Robert and his team for the work they did for me. I truly appreciate it and look forward to enjoying my bathroom for many years.”
