“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. “They did a wonderful job on renovating and expanding our master bathroom. They took out a small and hardly useful hall closet and explained into that space to put in a shower. They had to work extra hard when the surface tile was removed and there was that old fashioned black and white tile that is embedded in 4 inches of concrete! They used a mini Jack hammer to get it out. They had lots of options for us to choose from for the counter top. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.”

“We hired Molnar Design LLC to finish our basement and they were wonderful! Brad (the manager) was extremely down to earth and professional when we met for our consultation, and we didn't hesitate to hire him once we listened to his ideas and saw photos of their work. He was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, a real perfectionist. Every single member of their crew is extremely hard working, arriving early & leaving late almost every day. They are very receptive to customer feedback/ideas and easy to work with. Not too mention that their price for the project was excellent! I cannot believe how amazing our basement looks!! I honestly couldn't believe how well the project turned out. We have since referred two of our closest friends to Molnar LLC without hesitation. Can't wait to work with them again on another house project.”
