“Bay Remodels was the right company for my renovation. The remodel of my kitchen was well organized from the beginning to the end. I am so very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were on time and extremely competent. Each phase of the work was overseen by Arsen and each day closed with detailed cleanliness. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, well mannered, kind and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant experience, done as I wanted. A job well done, gorgeous! “We first hired Matt Clark to design and install our backyard, including a lighted deck and stone wall. It went so well that we hired him two years later, only this time to be in charge of our new home's renovation. Matt grew up in Southern Marin and knows so many of the businesses we needed, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, etc. and was able to obtain very qualified and talented workers. He keeps abreast of work being done and met with us when ever we needed to talk to him - even on the weekends. We highly recommend him and his company for indoor and outdoor work.”

“Gabriel and is team were outstanding on our home remodel. They renovated our guest bathroom, guest bedroom, media room and built a new staircase . All if it was executed better than how we had imagined it. We couldn't be happier with the results. Gabriel and his team were professional through out the entire project. We were so happy with Gabriel and his team that we need to use them to renovate our master bathroom - they made the smaller guest bathroom better than the larger master.”

“Aaron Hirschfeld handled a complex remodel of my home and made the construction aspect of the project the most seamless and actually enjoyable. He had clear communication and set expectations to me as the homeowner and made sure his crew followed the same protocols. He would be able to see issues with the plans before they were out of hand and was able to make sure they were resolved. His huge network within the industry helped if we ever needed something quickly. Since the completion of the project I have continued to use his services. A recent example is that I had solar installed recently and there was an issue with the electrical that the solar installers thought was on our end. He was out there that day to show that it was indeed not an issue on our end but something that was messed up by the solar install and had them take care of the issue.”

“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”
