“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“We had our home remodeled by CH Custom Homes and I am happier than I even thought I could be! Standing in my family room and looking into my kitchen actually gives me goosebumps! I would recommend the Custom team without any hesitation. From the beginning to the end I had nothing but positive experiences. From the estimate process, to the demolition, to the finish project everyone that I work with was nothing but Top Notch. It actually seems strange not having them around anymore!”

“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“When I had first seen their price compared to other bids I had received. I was a little skeptical. I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. You should feel safe knowing you’re getting an incredible install at honestly the best price.”

“As a previous landlord, I used to have several properties in Woodbury. I hired HPS in many occasions when the need comes up in the past years. Each time, Darin did a great job! Even when he was out of town, he would arrange to have someone to come over to perform the urgent fix. I trust on his reliability, and I trust on his professional skills. “We worked with Paul from Mantis Design Build on a home restoration project, a turn-of-the-century Victorian farmhouse now in the middle of a neighborhood in Minneapolis. He had a great eye for detail and gave excellent advice on both how to do things right and how not to do them wrong! The project progressed smoothly with all the craftsmen used by Paul completing their portion of the work with skill. Give Paul a chance to look at your project! In the end, you’ll look back and say it was the best decision you could have made as you enjoy the space he created for you.”
