“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install. “Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously.
