“David McCay built our house on Lake Chatuge. He was totally involved from start to finish, from siting the house on the lot to handing us the key when finished. Not only was he engaged in every process, he directed many aspects of the building process. He was there everyday and was involved in decisions that affected design even though we had plans. David was never shy about giving an opinion that would improve the house. It was always very apparent that our house was his house in that it was a reflection of his work. We have since been able to tour other houses on the lake in similar price ranges and it is our opinion that none compare to this house.”

“Lucas and his team spent practically 3 months during the summer of '14 remodeling our 1880 historic district home. I am pretty picky when it comes to house repairs and I must say that Lucas is even more picky than me. It would take me way too long to explain all of the work he accomplished so I will just say that I was extremely pleased with his work. I personally recommend him to all of the other folks in our neighborhood and he has performed many repairs and makeovers. Chuck”

I would categorize Carson Speer Builders in the group that I would use again. They do great work, they show up when they say they will. and they return calls in a timely manner. “Scott has handled multiple building projects for me, some as far back as twenty years ago. During the building process, I found Scott to be ahead of schedule, many times ahead of me. He would politely let me know he needed me to pick out the tile because his people were ready to install. When Scott began my first house, I recall being extremely nervous. I am real estate attorney, so I had heard the nightmare stories. Scott was very patient with me. He has a calm demeanor and his number one attribute is that he listens to his customers. I highly recommend this builder. The product he puts out is second to none. I have had zero issues with any of my houses.”
