“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“I chose Daniels Design and Remodeling to convert a pre-existing in-law suite area into a bar and billiard room which now resembles a true pub atmosphere. Ted Daniels was very knowledgeable, intuitive, and delivered EXACTLY what I envisioned. Ted and his designer Claire were very patient, detail oriented, and thorough, providing my wife and I with multiple options and personal advice for every aspect of the project. They were instrumental in delivering a space that fully met our expectations. Everyone involved in the project was very friendly, professional, and trustworthy. “Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”
