“Gander Builders was an exceptional choice for our custom home. Steve Lecas was extremely generous with his time during lot selection and the design process. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. The result of Gander Builders' work: a home that meets our needs and warms our hearts. Steve and Sue really created a work of art for us to live in, unique to us.”

“We just finished our kitchen and three baths remodel. The crews were always on time and remained on schedule throughout the project. Very competitive pricing a bit higher the average but worth every penny. Their craftsmanship and attention to details produced a superior kitchen and a first class master bath. Highly recommended, two thumbs up”

From helping us to identify an architect and being there every step of the way throughout the design phase, to providing complete transparency regarding budget and their profit margin (It's a simple cost + % model) and helping to ensure we stayed within our budget -- Nottingham was completely above board. No hidden fees. We were able to select our interior options for cabinetry, lighting, flooring, etc... on our own and were not forced to choose from a defined set of options. And the quality of the construction was second to none. This is a solid home! Owner Lee Norton is unlike any of the builders we interviewed. He is honest, trustworthy and genuinely cares about each and every project as if it were for his own family. His team, including the subcontractors he works with, are experienced, talented and good, decent people. If you are looking to build a new home or remodel an existing home, I highly recommend Nottingham Builders.”

“Lionel is a true professional. He did a porch renovation for me this year and it was done with a high level of quality. His attention to detail is outstanding. My project was relatively small in comparison to the new homes he builds or larger renovation projects but he still gave me the attention when I needed it. I would recommend Lionel for future work on anyone's project.”
