We're so happy that we did! Due to long time water damage, we needed to rebuild most of our master bathroom and replace drywall below into our basement. They were very thorough in their assessment and entirely transparent throughout the project. As a result of their strong communication, we knew when and what to expect from each stage of demolition, rebuilding, repairing, installation, plumbing, painting/finishing work, etc. When choosing new materials and colors for our rebuild, too many choices can be paralyzing. “We've known Ira (ASAP) for several years now. He has worked on severa projects at our house; anywhere from painting, putting in floors, countertops, plumbing, installing cabinets, mounting TVs, putting in fence slats, etc, just to name a few. Ira is committed to the job 100%, and he does what he says he will do. “Our relationship with Peterson Builders began due to a recommendation by the local hotel clerk in Eden, two years before we could even get started on our home project. Living in California, and being the designer of the home with the desire to be hands-on participants, we knew we needed a company that we could rely on to give us reins while being able to trust in their abilities, being absentee a great deal of the process. When the hotel clerk learned of our passion about building our new home she assured us that Peterson's was the group we should meet. From our very first meeting with long time Eden local Lynn Peterson, founder of Peterson Builders, we knew we were in the hands of professionals that were genuinely interested in making sure we would be comfortable and completely happy with the process. Once we were ready to proceed, our job was turned over into the capable hands of Peterson's general contractor, a master wood craftsman, Erik Johnson. Under Erik's leadership we have had the real pleasure of working with his team of professionals who have been excellent in every possible way. As for Erik, we have come to learn that any idea, unusual or otherwise that I would toss out to him, was always handled with great care and thought on how to accomplish what I had as a vision for. He always came up with a way to make things work out. We are currently about half way through the project and have been nothing but thrilled with the progress, particularly in light of the unusual aspects of our requests. From our three ton granite solid rock bathtub for our second story master bathroom to our delicate Koi fish lamps for our Zen Farmhouse style home, we are relishing the process of this project. Peterson's is innovative with the times, providing us with the Builder Trend program so we can follow the progress with photos and updates via computer; accommodating with our desire to build the way we would like; and we feel like we have a new family in our new town. As Erik and I were working on the schedule just recently, it looked like we could get the project wrapped up the week after Thanksgiving. Erik turned to me and said, "Do you want to be in for Thanksgiving? We can make that happen for you." He meant it too, and that is what good people do when they care about you and something that you are passionate about. They value and respect you, and the entire Peterson Builders company is all about that - and it shows in their work.”

“We have been using Maywood Construction for over 10 years. We have had many different projects which they have done for us. Our first one was a beautiful partial pergola and seating area with a planter box in the design. It also included a small deck and seating area around a hot tub and other benches. We had designed it, and they were amazing in their execution of the design and figuring out how to make it all work. We loved it for many years until we sold and moved. The next project was on the home we purchased. There were many things in the home that just had not been completed, and with the help of Kent and his group, they finished these projects and suggested other things that really enhances out home. They also completed a huge project in the garage adding two level storage and access to that storage. The most recent work was at our office where after thirty plus years, we needed a lot of upgrades, repairs and improvements. Once again, our work was well done.”
