“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “Ilan and Oren are fantastic! We recently bought our first home and wanted to redo the kitchen, refinish the floors and paint the interior before we moved in. Of course there were some unexpected extras that needed to be repaired in the process, but we are very happy with everything they did to help make our house into a home. Ilan answered every single phone call and text message and never made me feel silly for asking a million questions. It's challenging going into something like this without ANY experience or knowledge and not knowing who you can trust. We met with a few other contractors and ultimately decided on South Land because they were straightforward about pricing and timeline, and they do everything by the book--all the work they did was permitted. We will be using them again in the future, without a doubt!”

“I met Eyal, as he the owner of Excel Construction LA Inc, and got a great service and value for money on my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. After a few months he did a change out to my A.C & Heating unit; which was done in a highly professional way. He took care of everything, gave me many options, and I only had to make the decisions. The work was done in high quality, and as a person who cares about the smallest details, I am very pleased. I highly recommend working with them, great service, good prices!”

They did a big roof job for us before and they did a fantastic job, so when I needed a trusted contractor we hired them to build our dream house and we were very pleased with how smooth the process went.
