“I contacted Victor after another company didn't do what they were supposed to do with building a hand rail for my front porch. Victor immediately was able to come to my house to see what was needed to be done, and within a couple of days, his welder came over and started designing a rail for me. It was a small job, but a VERY BIG deal to me. My wife and I are totally in love with our new hand rail. It goes perfectly with our house and compliments it. We wanted something that was very simple that would blend in with our home and he absolutely nailed it. I don't think I've ever seen a hand rail that's this strong and sturdy before ever, and can easily be used to get up my stairs for anyone that's 3-4 times my body weight due to how structurally sound it's been put into my concrete. Victor is such an amazing gentleman to work with. He's extremely responsive and constantly follows up with everything that's going on. I watched him do a complete remodel on a friends house from new basement to kitchen and decided we wanted him to do our home with adding beams to the family room and kitchen along with removing a builder grade mantle and adding old wood beams. He also added new lights to the family room area, home entrance and large stair well area. Bruce met with us and helped design and source all of our projects needs. He then planned all the trades needed to get the project done right and in correct stages. Bruce is a craftsman and made sure all small details were completed right. When it came time for the top cuts and install he was personally there for it. He was an architect first and it shows as he helps you layout your design with a keen eye on what is right and makes sense. The changes were dramatic and he was the best to work with.”

“Tim Jennings is the contractor to work with if you are thinking of remodeling. We chose Epic in June of this year for a huge remodel we had been thinking about for awhile. The work included the kitchen, two baths, all floors, additional lighting, glass shelving, and stucco repair. Tim estimated that it would take 2 to 3 months and we were done in 9 weeks. We lived in the basement during the remodel and were so impressed with how the work got done. Tim is very detail oriented.. Nothing got done without our approval and we always knew who to expect at the house and when. Each team showed up when expected and as planned. They were professional and respectful and cleaned up the job site (aka..the main floor of my house) as reasonably well as they could. I will admit that I was nervous about having so many strangers coming into my house, as we have a teenage daughter and I have heard horror stories. Our experience couldn't have been better.. By the end of the job some of the team felt like family. Their professionalism was very impressive.. They took breaks outside of the house, brought their own food and water, and if we needed them to pause work so we could take a call (I work from the house) they were quick to accommodate. We all agreed to work through Tim and his project management skills, combined with his expertise of the construction, housing and mortgage industries.. Did I mentioned we got a renovation loan?.. His sensitivity to the stress and pressure homeowners go through made him an ideal fit. As for the result.. We LOVE it! I will admit there were times when I had my doubts, but they were related to my color choices and not the workmanship that Tim delivered. We had a neighbor up a few houses up from us who is still completing her remodel after 9 months. It started before we did and she is furious about the poor craftsmanship, workers not sticking to commitments, attitude from the contractor and a lack of integrity. I feel terrible for her, and immensely grateful for our choice. We were hesitant to go into the process because those were the only types of stories we would hear. Remodels are tough, and Tim.
