“Building our home with Rick Batton and his staff was nothing but fun from start to finish. Rick and his son Kyle are very talented craftsmen and made the entire experience a pleasure. They were always patient and kind and all of the men were mannerly and caring. Before we hired the company, we spoke with families for whom Batton and Son had built and without exception they said that it was a wonderful experience and we would agree. We started the project as client and builder and finished a year later as friends.”

“Cisco Remodeling is an excellent company! They just completed some extensive remolding work at my home and I can say that Fransico and his team are very skilled in all aspects of remodeling. They do excellent work and are very professional. They have great costumer service and work very hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. “We hired Brian Wood/BTW Construction to reconstruct the front porch on our 100 year old home. We found Brian's workmanship and professionalism to be outstanding. He is extremely conscientious and also dependable. We love our new porch and have received many compliments about our porch from family and friends. We highly recommend Brian and will gladly hire him for future remodeling needs.”

“I hired DPCC to demolish and replace a screened porch on my 1930's Dutch Colonial in Southern Maryland based on architectural plans. Doug Pruett's bid was accurate and reasonable. He pulled permits right away and his crew completed the entire project on budget within 2.5 weeks. Doug was extremely responsive to all inquiries I made via phone or email. His crew worked diligently and did an amazing job with the intricate trim. They answered any questions I had as the job was going along and kept the site neat, cleaning it up at the end of each work day. When the job was complete there was an issue with the deck stain not setting properly. Doug followed up with the supplier and was able to obtain free replacement stain and sent a crew out to resand and restain the flooring at no additional cost to me. I could not have had a better experience with this project and highly recommend DPCC!”

“I have worked with Ron on and off over the past several years. I have been a customer of his as well as a photographer for some of the properties he had remodeled. He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. He has done small projects for me such as building out a closet in my kitchen and then done jobs as large as redesigning an entire home for one of my closest friends. Love him.”

“We worked with Todd from RMC for a few home remodel items, including installing tile flooring, hanging dining room light fixtures, replacing a toilet, and installing interior doors. RMC is very responsive, perform exceptional work, and are reasonably priced (compared to all other quotes we received). They were able to work around our timeline and kept to the promised completion date. I would recommend RMC to anyone, and I plan to use them in the future as well.”

“CTM is the best remodeling company that I have ever crossed paths with. Their work is high quality as they do no not take any short cuts on their projects. We had our kitchen redone and it transformed our whole house! The owner is also very transparent and will not lead you on with false quotes. Super reliable company all around, 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork. I'm looking forward eagerly to the date I move back in and crack open the champagne bottle!! Will post pics!!”
