“Austin was absolutely amazing to work with! We had an issue with our water pressure reducing valve that caused all our pipes to hum along with a leaky shower head faucet. He got us in the schedule quickly and finished all the work within a day! No more humming walls and leaky shower- woohoo! He’s extremely detailed in his work and very professional. I highly recommend using Austin on your next renovation project!”

“Angus and his team did an amazing job! Even better than I had envisioned. We had just closed on our new home and used them to design and build a Gas Fireplace for us. It has become the focal point of our home. They were very accommodating to our desires and shared their experience which helped us visualize what we were going for. “The work Casita Builders LLC did for us was exceptional. From the first time Steve came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our house. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started renovating to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no delays or surprises at any point in the project. At the end of the day we know that we received incredible value for our investment. We won’t hesitate to call Steve again the next time we embark on a home improvement project. “The entire Heritage experience was excellent. They deliver above what they promise. Our first phase included knocking out a window and putting in a beautiful 3 panel patio slider. Knocking out walls, columns, filling in a sunken living room and replacing the flooring through out the house. Heritage assisted us with all aspects of choices from paint color, flooring to design. We lived in our home while all this was happening. They showed up on time, the entire team was professional and cleaned up beautifully each evening. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They will be doing phases 2, 3 and 4 for us”

“GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”
