“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased!
All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls).
Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. “Ken and his small crew did a great job with our MBA and Hall BA reno. This 2 month job involved demolition of the MBA, except built in tub, removal of all tile, replumbing for 2 sinks, and retiling entire bath; and Hall BA demo and replacement of tub and wall and floor tiles. Great job tiling the ceramic wood floor tiles. He stands by his work and patiently re-tiled the tub after our original tile selection failed to match the new tiles and the shower floor after one of his (now fired) worker's poor tile job. He finalized the project by hanging mirrors, wall cabinets and fixing a leaky shower. I'm happy with this contractor as he did what he promised in our contract, doing majority of the work himself...which is something many contractors fail to do.”

“Harry and his crew came in to save the day. Previous contractor made a deal with the insurance company than quit after the mold remediation. Longton Construction stepped in to assist with the Insurance Company and rebuilt our gutted house. His company also worked with us to build upgrade and add an entire addition to our house. He was meticulous and treated the house as if his own when completing the finishes. His company even conducted follow ups to ensure everything was in working order after the completion of the job to up to a year.

“Anything Maintenance is great! I originally hired them to fix some brickwork on my chimney that needed it after many years of faithful service. After they did such a great job with that I called them back for a few other jobs including converting (most notably) my garage into a full blown man cave with a full bar, soundproofed walls for jamming my guitars and music, as well as installing wiring, lighting fixtures, basically the entire garage was redone by them. They really put the ANYTHING in anything and cover a range of tasks. I am proud of their service and I will continue to use Anything Maintenance in the future!”
