“I almost missed the opportunity to work with Bigfoot Northwest. I had already verbally agreed to a bid to remodel and convert my garage but a little voice said to get another bid. Bigfoot NW responded right away and owner/partner Austin came out. He did a thorough walk through, listened to all my ideas and concerns and gave me a very honest straight forward answer. While what I wanted to do was possible, it was not gonna be easy or the most financially fruitful. He then purposed a totally radical idea that completely blew me outta the water. It meant at least a 3/4 cut in bid price for his company but it was the creative and beneficial idea for me financially. Tear down my existing dilapidated garage and get a tiny house instead for half of what it would cost me to rebuild. Friggin genius! Bigfoot would do the demo, and prepare the site, and help me with the hookup. He then gave me a list of tiny house builders with great prices and helped me plan out the set up. I had previously spoken to 4 other contractors up until that point with bids into six-figures, some didn’t even bother to actually take the time to come meet me or do a walk through. I said ADU and they threw me a price. Bigfoot not only took the time to partner with me on this project but Austin and his owner partner Adam, who did most of the demolition, invested their time and experience in helping me build my financial future. I feel very fortunate to know them, they’re top notch fellows and I can’t recommend them enough!!”

“I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Woodland Construction Group in Portland, Oregon. I am so thrilled with the results! They were able to take my outdated kitchen and transform it into a beautiful, functional space that has completely reimagined my living experience. I especially love the new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, which give the space a modern and fresh look. I can not believe how great everything looks! The upgraded lighting they chose made a huge difference as well. This was one change that I did not realize would make such a big improvement to our kitchen. I am glad I listened to their advice on this one. I get so many compliments from my family on the pendant lights over the island. One of the best parts about working with Woodland Construction Group was their ability to listen to my needs and wants while staying within my budget. “I hired Mac-Bo to turn a small bedroom into a new bathroom with a shower, as well as update the current 1/2 bath in our upstairs. They did a fantastic job! Kirk and Ed listened to my needs, brought the job in on time and on budget. I would use them again for any remodel job and I guess that's the best recommendation I could make. You can trust these guys which is so ccritical these days when selecting and working with a contractor.”

“I highly recommend Oltean Construction! They completed my project (Sleek modern kitchen remodel in project pictures) a couple years ago and we couldn't be happier. Our project was a down to the stud remodel of our kitchen that included taking down one interior wall, adding windows to the exterior, reconfiguring the entire layout and replacing the french doors in our dining room. Their bid was competitive on price but more importantly the owner, Silviu, was very transparent on what was included, what wasn't and how we would handle issues that will always arise during a remodel. We had multiple scope revisions and I always felt like Silviu was providing a very reasonable cost on the changes and providing multiple options to control costs. Another key quality for Silviu and team as their ability to trouble shoot when issues came up. They coordinated closely with our designer to correct issues on the design dimensions, and they worked directly with the structural engineers on our project to come up with the most cost effective way to address our engineering requirements. If you're looking for a contractor you can trust and won't gouge you on the cost of every change that comes up then I highly recommend working with Oltean Construction on your project.”
