“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

“Not only did Armstrong Building & Development build our house, but we've hired them to do multiple projects since (basement finishing, added an addition...) and have always been completely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Though we don't plan to do any more work, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed!”

“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“I hired this company to do kitchen cabinet refacing based on the high recommendation of a neighbor who is a contractor and who worked for MRD Woodworking in the past. The owner came to my home and then invited me to his very well organized woodworking establishment in South Kingstown, RI. The shop was clean and I go got pick out the cabinet design. The in shop consultation was very helpful, as I could observe the quality of the products that would be used. I also had a special stain color that I wanted for my base cabinets and the company matched it perfectly. The crew was on time, neat, very polite, and personable. Communication with the owner was good, as was clean up by the crew at the end of the day. I was very pleased with the end result and really do now love my kitchen. I would highly recommend them.”
