He immediately understood my design needs and was extremely helpful in picking out all the appropriate materials to make my dream bathrooms a reality. The installation was completed in a timely and very professional manner. I highly recommend Promodeling. I would definitely use them again for any future projects!”

“Kraig Nicolls and his company did a wonderful job remodeling my townhouse. Just take a look at the pictures... As a first time home buyer, I was very inexperienced with the entire process. Mr. Nicolls was honest, fair, and explained everything to me in advance. He kept the project within the set budget, and the work was done on time (within 6 weeks to be exact for an entire remodel job of a 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhouse). I had heard horror stories from friends and family about how contractors can be dishonest and/or take too long to complete a project. Mr. Nicolls was the complete opposite of that. When some contractors would have probably taken advantage of my inexperience, he and his company did not. I would recommend him to anyone in the San Diego area who needs to remodel their home or condo.”

On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. I personally know the owner of SoCal Contractor, Roy, and can tell you, he is a stand up guy who really enjoys what he does. I'd recommend SoCal Contractor to anyone who wants a job done well, no matter how challenging.”

“We just had our bathroom and floors remodeled with D Remodelers and we are so happy with the results. The shower tile and floors are exquisite. So beautifully done. Tai and team were kind and courteous and was on top of everything. We will definitely use this company in the future. We felt very comfortable from the beginning when we got our free estimate that the job would be done well and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend.”

My architect had a relationship with Carlos and his team and recommended him and I am so happy he did. Our project was a ~300 sq foot ADU conversion of a detached garage and the outcome was amazing.”
