After discussing our ideas, Matt was able to enhance these concepts to fit not only the current architecture of our home but also to work within a budget. After initial discussions, Matt came back to us with a computer drawing of the concept to which we made some minor alterations. Matt then quoted on the project and we accepted. Matt gave us a start and finish date and the project was completed in full and on time. His staff were more than obliging to explain the technicalities of the project if he, personally, were not on site. I think that what really swayed us to use Matt was not the financial side of things but the ability to enhance an idea and make it a reality.
