“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Bellissimo Home Remodeling (BHR) is always such a pleasure to work with. I am an interior designer and have worked on several projects together with BHR the last few years. As I designer, I encounter many remodeling companies out there. But I have to say that there are 2 key attributes that sets BHR apart from their competition - 1) They are consistently responsive in a timely manner. 2) Strong Attention to Detail. Some vendors approach projects as a transaction. But BHR takes pride in providing quality work and ensuring that a clients' vision is materialized. “We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“Bob Morris of Mor-Son Construction is a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I've done several bathroom projects with him and have found his work to be top notch. Now we are working together on a remodel of an older house in Laguna Beach, CA. The kitchen was tight, the original construction was "sketchy" to say the least. Bob has taken this and is transforming an awkward living space into one with an open feeling with fantastic views from nearly every room in the house. He seems to be unflappable. Whenever some problem with the old construction presents itself he can quickly evaluate and remedy the issue. There's no drama, just great results.”

“TA Edison's principal contractor is knowledgeable on all aspects of construction related to adding a master bedroom suite to our home as an addition. He is very cost conscious and meticulous and I especially appreciated his sense of contemporary design. Since he is not located in our state, we will have to use another contractor for the actual build, but TA Edison's consult, suggestions, advice and resources were invaluable to our project.”
