“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“Poseidon Remodeling updated 2 bathrooms in our house including the master. We got bids from 3 different places and not only was Poseidon's bid very competitive but Zoran, the owner, just seemed like the right guy for the job. He walked us through every step of the project and while construction can be stressful at times, he was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during the remodel. His crew showed up on time every day and Nick, who did most of the work on our project, did an amazing job. The work was completed on schedule and budget. There was an issue at first with the drainage in the shower but they were very professional and resolved it quickly. Both bathrooms look beautiful and are everything we hoped they would be. We would recommend Poseidon for any home improvement project and look forward to working with them in the future.”

“Remodeling has been a blast for me. The previous contractor I worked with was result-oriented and highly skilled and now with Eco Home Builders, I feel like I have been blessed for a second time. I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals. “Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install. We were happy with everything and will definitely use MeMar again”

“Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. We appreciate working with a professional.”

“SCS North did a wonderful job on multiple projects on our cabin, including demo and rebuild of trex decking, removal of second story door with new window install, sanding and painting of entire outside trim and walls. They were very easy to work with from afar, Greg (Sensitive Information Hidden) responded to our wishes and texts along the way. We are happy to recommend them, and plan to use them for indoor work next.”

The team on site was clean, easy to talk to, didn't smoke!, and worked well with all the questions/changes I had. “Very nice to work with Bob Weeck and his crew. Everyone was very conscientious, considerate and clean and there was always very good communication. Beautiful, professional work. Completed project in timely manner and was always willing to listen, with a desire for the project to be the way we wanted it. We would definitely hire Eastmont Construction again in the future and would highly recommend to others as well.”
