“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. I highly recommend them for any project. They also have a large network of other trades to help get the job done on time.”

“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. I receive frequent compliments on my home and yard all based on the work preformed by Hybrid Construction!”

“Mark Markmiller assisted me by certifying that my existing seismic retrofit was done to code; this enabled me to receive a 20% discount on my earthquake insurance. He was generous with his time, cordial & professional, and has a great sense of humor. Mark does everything from constructing kitchen cabinets to tile work to bolting houses to their foundations. He enjoys his work and takes pride in providing good quality. I highly recommend him.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Brian Lynch and his company, Lynch Construction. He is exactly what one wants in a contractor (or anyone else one hires, for that matter). He is smart, totally professional, has an amazing can-do attitude, a wealth of experience, and a top-notch crew that has worked for him for years. Unlike most other construction companies, Brian himself is the guy on-site. This means that you are dealing with Brian himself on a daily basis and not a supervisor that was assigned to your job. The value of this was emphasized by his past clients when I first contacted them as references, and I now know how right they were. What this means is that what you want done can be done immediately without going through dreaded formal "change orders." Brian has great people skills, and always seems to solve problems on his own without having to worry you, the client. One prior client, whom I had spoken with, told me about an incident that had happened with one of the subs; Brian told her that "he'd take care of it." The problem was immediately rectified and she never heard a word about it. Now that I am a client, and in the middle of a major and significant remodel with Brian, I can vouch that that is how he works. The bottom line is that I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”

“We have worked with Jack "n" Toolbox a number of times over the last two decades. They have remodeled a bathroom, rebuilt two exterior staircases, repaired a slab leak, built a laundry room, replaced a spiral staircase with a straight drop one and remodeled the room into which it descended and, most important of all, identified and corrected a major building error made by a previous owner which surfaced during the torrential rains of January 2005. In all instances, their work was over and above anything we might have hoped for. The employees of the company listen carefully to our wishes and provide helpful input; they are prompt, respectful and tidy. It has been our pleasure to recommend Jack 'n' Toolbox to several friends, some of whom have acted up on our recommendation.”

“Dennis and his crew are the best! We could not be happier with the quality of the work, competitive pricing, skilled and friendly crew and best of all, he finished a month earlier than scheduled! He also came up with some creative solutions that made the finished product better than originally designed. His good relationships with local subcontractors also ensures they will show up when they say they will and often overlap so the job will go much faster than other builders who space out subs.”
