“Myles is a Very talented young man he definitely knows what he's doing when he comes to Working in and on homes! He did work in my house. I was so amazed with the work that he did the skills that he has. He did a really amazing job in my house and one my deck out side if you need anything done with your home or need rebuilds he's the guy to call!!! He also has a very big heart great with people and children and he's a very trustworthy person as well, percent can trust him with and around your belongings!!!! That's very hard to find today!! I will definitely be calling him back in the future for whatever work I need done!!”

They are not only very skilled at what they do, but they are very honest and willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy. We had Ryan Davis Contracting do a renovation on our kitchen, build closets downstairs in our playroom for more storage space and put in pavers for our backyard patio. They are our go to company when we have any work done at our home. We speak from first hand experience.”

“Had such a great experience working with Eric, D and Anna on our living roof project! We added a full wall of bookshelves and a Hearth Cabinet fireplace. All touch points of our project was a pleasure to work with KSB on, from budgeting through completion. They are incredible with attention to detail and won't stop until everything perfect. Great appreciated, highly recommend working them!”

“We have a very large very high porch overlooking the Hudson River. The columns supporting this deck rest on a patio. We woke up the morning after Hurricane Sandy to find the patio washed out and the deck just about to fall into the river. A neighbor spotted Mark working down the road. Within minutes (really!) Mark arrived with a crew and stabilized the deck. He subsequently rebuilt the patio which is much better than the originally one. The deck is now secure. Two neighbors also suffered from Sandy and wanted Mark to build concrete seawalls. The only way Mark could get heavy equipment down to do this was to use our bank. He promised to restore the bank. We gave Mark permission, and decided to have him also build us a sea wall. To us these sea walls appear to be first rate. Good footings and plenty of rebar. True to his promise Mark restored the bank and planted trees and shrubs that are lovely. After this Mark has done a number of projects for us, including putting in some modern windows, building bookcases, and waterproofing a cellar room. We have found Mark's pricing to be fair, the work first rate, and the work performed in a timely fashion. When needed, we will use Mark again.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Toolbox Construction in 2013,2014. I had a very large reconstruction project . From New Windows and Doors ,Refinishing Hard wood Flooring ,Custom Bathroom with custom shower and heated ceramic floor. Wrap Around Deck with spiral staircase. Ceramic tile to be placed in entry ways of home along the moving of an existing Bar making it into a wet bar with ceramic tile. A new staircase, Ceilings had to be fixed with new sheet rock. It was a project that I was truly afraid of. But working with Toolbox construction they made it easy. Being a women we always change our mind or we add many other items to the list. This was never an issue. All of the above projects were completed and are simply Beautiful. Working with this company was wonderful .There professionalism and quality of work GREAT.”

“There are less expensive contractors out there, but few are as thoroughly knowledgable about building technology (esp. solar, energy efficiency, etc) as Joseph Malcarne. Also, there were some minor issues - all of which he addressed very promptly. His follow-up is exceptional.”

“I first had James from Clare Home Improvement remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms and I could not be happier with the outcome. I was so happy, when I moved I had him gut my entire home and renovate every room. My home came out beautifully. James is very professional, personable, and an extremely hard worker along with his crew. I would not hire another contractor.”
