“We have hired Terravest on several occasions to do remodeling and renovations for us. They added a bathroom to our basement and walled off a room there. Also did work on the exterior of our home, and helped us reconfigure the kitchen so we could replace a stove. Most recently they replaced an outer double door and outside siding after some moisture damage, repainted the interior. We hired them originally several years ago to do the basement after getting several quotes and considering feedback from former clients. Their work is top notch, but most important, J. Stewart and his team listen to our needs, offer multiple options, and helped us decide on what we need based on our budget and desires. He never tried to over sell us. Several times I have just called him for advice on issues related to our home and he always helps out and even will come over to the house to make suggestions, many times that do not include using his company. He and his team are absolutely top notch - we recommend Terravest to others all the time. We will work with them again.”

“MBD designed and remodeled TWO bathrooms to our exact liking. We contacted 4 other companies before finding MBD. Remodeling two entire bathrooms and expanding a shower in the master bath is a huge expense and a big decision and there are only great things to say about MBD. They were honest and provided various options with costs for each. The entire construction process was impressive, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of our Construction Superintendent, Greg, who visited the worksite constantly to ensure the high quality of work. Each time he visited the site, he met with us to ensure that we were pleased with the work, and to ask if we had any questions. Everybody at MBD has been great, and it is my pleasure to give them our recommendation, and sincere appreciation!”

“My family of five embarked on an eight-month journey of construction to our house while living in it. We gutted a kitchen and added on a family room, laundry room, mudroom and half-bath on the main floor. We felt very prepared going into the process and were led every step of the way by Rick, his crew, his assistant and the construction website/app he used. The communication with Redesign KC was of utmost importance to us when we decided to move forward with our project. Rick was great at making sure we knew what was going on, emailed us within a short amount of time when we sent him concerns, and kept in touch with us with big pieces to the project. We felt very comfortable with the workers in our house and they were very nice to work around during our summer at home. The outcome of our project was so amazing! We feel so comfortable in our space and it feels perfect to our family. I can't imagine the old house anymore. Friends and family comment on it all the time and the craftsmanship was to our expectations, thanks to a wonderful worker named Richard. We thank Redesign KC and our architect for bringing our dreams to reality.”

“Dana and the guys did an excellent job for us. We have a very large deck that needed to be replaced and the demo alone was a lot of work. They worked every day in the June sun, cleaned up after themselves, tolerated our dogs in the backyard and the best part was helped us with design and they had wonderful suggestions. The work is absolutely amazing and we get so many compliments. They definatly put the wow factor in our back yard. Will have them back again for other projects for sure!”

“I hired Eric Gentry Home Remodeling for several major projects on my home in Historic Leawood, KS. In each case, his artistic vision created spaces that I loved living in. We totally remodeled my kitchen, added a front porch, completely reworked my downstairs bathroom, opened up a small stairway and added lighting to my deck, and built a beautiful room addition on the second floor that I used as a recording studio. Eric always went above and beyond to honor the historic integrity of my home. The inspired touches in each room that made my guests go..."Oh, my gosh...this is beautiful" were all his ideas. The craftspeople and crew that Eric brought into my home were top notch, and he is trustworthy and visionary. Plus, he was always respectful of my budget and deadlines. I can't recommend Eric Gentry Home Remodeling highly enough.”
