“Called them to install 4 doors on a rental property I had recently acquired. Ended up giving them 32 more to install. Had them also paint the interior of the building. Overall the job was done quickly and I was satisfied with the end result. Very professional and chill guys. They quoted me for lower than other companies so I was a bit skeptical at first, once I saw the four doors completed, I had no problem giving them more work. Highly recommend.”

“My family hired Town and Country in the spring of 2014 for work that took place in August of that year. From the first meeting to the last handshake, we were very pleased with the professionalism, quality and skill of this renovation consultant. The job was delivered on time and under the anticipated budget price. Their staff were friendly, approachable and very tidy! We received weekly (and sometimes daily) progress reports and every aspect of our communication with Town & Country was of the highest quality. “We just recently finished a major condo renovation with Jordan Pascal of Studio Design Construction and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is in a building that dates back to 1982 and had never been updated. We basically gutted it and re modelled everything. Jordan was amazing! Not only does he really know the construction business but he uses impeccable trades people that were 100% reliable and never cut corners. One of the many notable things about Jordan is that he has incredible design talent and made much of the difficult process of selecting finishing materials and design characteristics simple and easy. His creative flair is unparalleled in a contractor and we highly recommend him for any construction or renovation project! We love, love, love our new modern apartment!”

“Hired then for the first time in summer 2013 to transform a large bedroom into 2 smaller ones, plus a family room into a master bedroom. I had quotes made, and VERA was among the lower ones. These guys are pros: they (Ivan) give you on paper and email a detailed estimate and work agenda, they are there on time, and finish professionaly and on budget. It,s been overall a very good experience.”
