“Wow!!! Amazing results; better than expected or promised. My neighbor referred me after I saw the complete overhaul Marwood Construction had done to his entryway and living room; transformed! They doubled the size of their living room (added a fireplace and a wall of windows looking out on his yard) and added a half bath to the entryway. He was so pleased I'm surprised he hasn't left a review. I hired Marwood Construction to remodel and expand both my kitchen, master bedroom, bath and closet. The owner himself, Patrick Martin, personally came out and to give me a quote. He was knowledgeable and professional, albeit a few minutes late (he did call to let me know he was held up on another job). His quote was very competitive with the others I'd gotten, but it was Mr. Martin's vision and expertise that was the tipping point. He seemed to know everything about the construction of my older home built in the mid '60's, the challenges we'd face with my electrical and plumbing systems, and his suggestions were first rate. He caught things the other contractors had overlooked and easily won my confidence. The other issue was that I needed it completed before the holidays when my family would be in town. He had some other projects on the books so he couldn't promise, -made that clear, but he delivered!!! My giant, beautiful chef's kitchen was completed just in time for Thanksgiving. It was such a luxury to prepare our meal in my new big, gorgeous kitchen, with enough room for everyone to congregate and not get in my way! I was so proud of my fabulous kitchen. Marwood really exceeded my expectations!!! My bedroom used to be a tiny, dark cave with a very dated bathroom and a single closet (my husband had to use the guest room closet). When Marwood Construction finished, it is now my favorite space in the house! In the master closet we built a large marble island with drawers (including a hidden jewelry safe too, no more safety deposit box needed!), a shoe wall, a separate cedar closet and a sitting area. Our master closet is the envy of all of my friends and I feel like a movie star while dressing. We tripled the size of our bedroom, with floor to ceiling windows, a stone fireplace and french doors leading to a private patio. It is truly the master retreat I've always wanted! Overall, I couldn't be happier with Marwood Construction. I plan to use them again to update the family room. They were very timely, cleaned up their mess before they'd leave for the day, without any hidden/additional cost. Mr. Martin is the utmost professional and visionary!”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

“I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! “Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally.
