They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids. “As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“Merchant contractors were really good, we had Chuma as the project manager he was also the sales rep and they were able to build a new kitchen with a new granite countertop it turned out beautiful because I was able to have my cabinets all white with beautiful handles and again I did a different Blue Island totally totally loved the job I will use them again”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”
