“I had King of Kings construction convert a large laundry room into a full bath with washer and dryer space. Love it!! Raul and his crew did beautiful work. They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! I highly recommend King of King Construction to everyone .”

“Prime 1 was the contractor for our 800 square foot addition. They worked closely with us and with our architect to design an addition that met our needs and fulfilled the vision we had in mind. One of our concerns was that the addition should match the period detail of the existing house, and they took every measure to ensure that such was the case. Our foreman was great. You would think he was building the project for himself, because he paid so much attention to every detail. He was always willing to work with us to make changes and listen to our concerns at every stage of the process. The crew was very conscientious and made every effort to minimize the disruption to our daily routine. Space was tight for delivery and staging of materials, but they managed to work within those limitations with little problem. Prime 1 was also willing to let us take on as much of the project as we wanted to do, and they worked with us at great length to keep within our budget. They inspired confidence in us, offering sound advice from experience, and making the venture an enjoyable experience. The finished product is beautiful, and it has been a pleasure to use our new space.”

“So professional and knowledgeable. Came on time and they were able to solve our range vent issues in a fast and efficient way. They found a way to reconfigure the existing range hood so that we did not have to purchase a new one!!!!! Highly recommend this company for soooo many areas-landscaping, remodeling etc.”

After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building. “Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”
