Victor immediately was able to come to my house to see what was needed to be done, and within a couple of days, his welder came over and started designing a rail for me. It was a small job, but a VERY BIG deal to me. My wife and I are totally in love with our new hand rail. It goes perfectly with our house and compliments it. We wanted something that was very simple that would blend in with our home and he absolutely nailed it. I don't think I've ever seen a hand rail that's this strong and sturdy before ever, and can easily be used to get up my stairs for anyone that's 3-4 times my body weight due to how structurally sound it's been put into my concrete. Victor is such an amazing gentleman to work with. He's extremely responsive and constantly follows up with everything that's going on.
