“Andrew did a great job renovating my small bathroom! He pays attention to details and went above and beyond with the plumbing and structure as well. If you show him what you want, he’ll recreate it as much as he can to the “T”! I would definitely recommend him and go for his services again! Even my cat loves it!”

“Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget. We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”

“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“Salem Developments renovated my master bath. They did a great job. It looks beautiful. The construction staff were on time, professional, asked questions to be sure they knew what I wanted, and left the house very clean and neat every evening when they were finished working. “Had a roof problem that has been ongoing for almost a year. Several attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. We called Chris, he made an appointment right away. He looked everything over, told us what he thought the problem was, when he could have someone come out and how much it would cost. Well, less than a week later we were all buttoned up. It's been over a month now and it looks like the leak is finally sorted out. They were fast, very professional, inexpensive and effective. What else could you ask for.”
