“I HIGHLY recommend Ilan and the team from Jerezee to any and all! We recently purchased a house and wanted to do a (medium sized) renovation prior to moving in. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however needed guidance on what would be possible, both structurally and financially. Ilan and his team were incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the renovation, from the initial consultation & design through the completion of the project. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, provided a thorough outline of the sequence of events, and executed on agreed upon the timeline. After the fire department left (and we knew all was safe), we were concerned that something got screwy with the electric we just updated. I texted Ilan at 9am and he and the electrician were at our house by 10:30am on NEW YEARS DAY. Turns out it was something small on our outside electric socket and unrelated to the construction. I will not forget the fact that they left their families and rushed over without a question to ensure all was okay. They are true partners.”

“Fletcher door and trim does it all. They laid tile floors though out the entire house look awesome. Fletcher door and trim had some excellent ideas on how to lay the tile to not only make our house look bigger but look one of a kind. He has an artistic eye when it comes to home improvement. So much so we used him to do our entire master bathroom remodel with steam shower, tile and back splash around the tub and once again he delivered. Use them you will not regret it.”

“After visiting close friends and seeing the remodeling work Certified Construction Services had done to most of their home (ceilings, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. ) I gave John a call and he promptly came to give an estimate on my home. He gave me some ideas I hadn't thought of and was helpful and friendly. (full bathroom remodel, flooring and framing in the gym, recessed lighting, painting) The estimate was fair and reasonable in comparison to other companies. Luis was communicative regarding progress and scheduling and oversaw crews daily. I have had some really challenging situations with regard to home improvement in the past and this company has been a refreshing change. They are punctual, professional, and helpful.
