“We hired MegaPros to complete our guest bathroom. The challenging part was to extend it to allow for a large vanity, we had some dinky little vanity that could maybe house a hair dryer. The extended the bathroom about three feet moved our master bedroom wall, added a closet at the end of our hall way with beautiful french doors. This project could have been a nightmare. There design team had common sense, when it came to layout and practicality. It took them 3 weeks start to finish and they kept to there schedule and original contract price. All the MegaPros were great once we save enough money we will definitely welcome them back into our home.”

“Ability Construction from Cary, Illinois did a wonderful job of transforming our old Riverfront cottage into a luxurious home. They did several major renovations. They did wonderful work both interior and exterior. Inside, they were able to reconstruct a Dining-room and Bedroom into a beautiful Living-room with a private hallway entrance to the Bathroom. We also had them replace several old windows with gorgeous diamond-shaped no maintenance windows. Fancy French doors were added to separate the living-room from the Bar area. Paint and trim work is exquisite! All new wood flooring was installed throughout the lower level, magnificent! Room at the rear entrance was Porcelain tiled and painted, very nice! Exterior work was done as well. A beautiful new door, with storm, was installed at the rear entrance. All new gutters were installed on both home and garage. A new roof was placed on the home, with a roof repair to the garage, and reconstruction at the area of the garage where a tree fell. We are currently enlisting their services again; new porch and more windows! We will also hope to be working on the kitchen next. “We have used Rolando and his team for the past 3 years doing remodeling projects with no issue. Just recently I had to use another contractor due to flood damage and Rolando’s availability. Well things went south with that contractor and I reached back out to Rolando to see if he was available. Rolando and his team came to rescue to complete the job and restore our house back to normal. During that we were actually able to update a few things like crown modeling on the second floor and ended up a lot better end result. We enjoy having Rolando and his team at our house as they treat it like its their own. Things we have done with Rolando.
