“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“Barrett and Preston took on our projects of adding a custom outdoor kitchen, making us our dream master bathroom, and installing new floors throughout our entire house. We could not be happier with the end result. But more importantly, they were the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Not only were they transparent about the pricing and timeline, but they made sure whenever there were delays, or any sort of hiccups, they were taken care of as quickly as possible. They did a great job on everything that were requested, such as paint, light stage, tile work, plumbing, light fixture and some other minor stuff. “While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly!
