“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“No matter what has come up, and in a 220 year old house, believe me, things "come up" BAUER CONSTRUCTION has handled the situation with professionalism. They redid a dangerous (no kiddong) brick sidewalk, put in a beautiful brick driveway, and redid a winding brick pathway through the yard. BAUER construction literally rebuilt the house nextdoor. I watched their meticulous attention to detail, and the house looks amazing. As soon as possible, they are going to be replacing the cedar siding on part of my house. I'm sure they will do an excellent job. I'll come back and do an update when they're done. By all means - I HIGHLY recommend BAUER construction!”

“We purchased a new home from Hellings and have used Hellings to finish the lower level as well as other projects. Ross, Barry and his whole team are very focused on client satisfaction. There are always issues to deal with in large projects and our experience continues to be that Hellings is focused on getting things done the right way. Since buying our home and adding to the original house, we've used Hellings to put in a whole house generator, to install estate fencing and will certainly have them provide a bid on a pool and patio project that we also have on our list. Hellings is not trying to be the low cost option, but they take pride in doing each project the right way.”

“We have lived in a Nationwide home with a superior wall foundation for 27 years. We built our home in 1992. It is an excellent quality structure and was a pleasure to design. From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. The superior wall foundations used by Green Robin Homes has withstood the test of time with our home - no leaks, cracks or any other structural problems in the 27 years we have lived here. “I have been wanting to get a deck added to my house for years. Every couple of years getting quotes and never being happy with the numbers. Finally I was able to find TC Carpentry. Thomas responded quickly and was able to give a great quote. He worked with us on the plans to give us exactly what we were looking for. The crew was professional and kept a clean work site. They worked in not the best of weather conditions to make sure the project kept moving along. They were very easy to get in touch with. I am very pleased with the quality of the wood that was used. Very few imperfections and knots. I am definitely going to keep this company in my contact list for any future projects that I am unable to tackle.”
