“Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget. We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”

“We recently contracted with Streamline Home Services to finish our basement after talking to three other companies. Connor Duffy worked hard to get our business and he didn't disappoint us. He also offered the best value. He is an excellent general contractor and his work process flowed very well. He kept us informed about who was coming and how long their process would take (plumbers, electricians, dry wall installers, painters etc). He had a good rapport with his workers, as well as with us and the workers were very respectful. He follows through on his promises. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I would recommend him to others.”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”

“BranCo replaced an old broken sliding glass door with a smaller hinged patio door (blinds inside the glass). They matched the exterior siding and completed the interior drywall perfectly. While they may cost a little more (and work a tad slower) for a small project like this, their attention to detail shows in the final product. Their work is impeccible and they finish the job to a level that most contractors do not (filling in finish nail holes in trim, perfect cutting in of the paint, zero bumps or ridges in the drywall mudding and taping, etc.). This was a tiny job for them as they normally do large remodels, kitchens, and such, but they treated this small job with the same care and attention and detail. Beautiful craftmanship. Fair invoicing, thorough explanation of the work to be done and full disclosure of additional possible costs they may have depending on what they "may find behind the walls."”
