“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. We appreciated their feedback and insights throughout the project. Guests that come to our house often comment on the finished results and are envious of the transformations we have made to our home with the help of Adlich Renovations. We have enjoyed our experiences and have recommended their services to several friends.”

“I had my bathroom completely remodeled and let me tell you….. I have never had the work done is such a professional manner. With this company I never had to worry if the job would be half done or not done correctly. They are very detailed and keep you to date on the project every step of the way. We worked specifically with Mike who was personally invested in our project with a constant presence on site to ensure quality craftsmanship and on-time completion. “We contracted with OCC Group to replace the roof, install new windows and new siding, as well as re-pointing our brick porch, building a roof to replace the porch awning, replacing the porch railing, install french doors to replace 2 windows and replace two exterior, custom doors. Everyone associated with the job was respectful and professional. The job was slightly delayed due to weather and the occasional late contractor, but I've got no complaints. The work done was top-notch and we are getting constant compliments.”

The contractor were professional and courteous, arrived each day on time, and left the site clean at the end of the day. VTB stayed on track with estimated times, and accommodated our family as we lived in the house during the addition. We highly valued Steven's opinions and completely trusted him to understand and translate our vision into reality. Steven was always professional and responsive.
