“Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

Their work is high quality with attention to detail, they are timely, efficient and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right from researching the right materials to pulling permits and being up to date on current regulations. First we hired them to do our floor installation in our new home then we just kept bringing them back. To date now they have done our floors, our bathroom tiling, they finished the mudding in our garage, laid an epoxy floor in our garage, built us a fireplace and did a HUGE renovation of our backyard complete with installed electrical and gas lines, pavers, retaining walls with full french drains, an epic staircase and a waterfall. Juan and his crew are kind, communicative and so respectful. Even my neighbors have commented that they are kind and polite. “We worked with a designer to renovate our master bath and closet. She suggested using Tim Lawlor Construction since she had worked with them before and we are really glad we did. Even though Tim is in the East Bay and we are on the Peninsula, the two crew members who did all the work, Mark and Josh were ALWAYS here on time and stayed a full 8 hours. Both very professional and friendly and did great work. Cleaned up every evening before leaving for the day. We have had work done in the past and it seems like with a lot of other contractors when there are days when they had to wait for the electrician or plumber to come, they would go work on other jobs. It feels like no work is getting done. But with Tim, the guys would be working away and would work alongside the other subs that had to come in to do things they couldn't. Because of this, our project didn't run way over the scheduled time. And what actually delayed us just a day or two was the ever present "uh oh" discovery that every remodeling job has that you don't anticipate. In this case it was some old leaky pipes that needed replacing which they took care of easily. I highly recommend Tim Lawlor Construction for your building or remodeling needs.”
