“Lou Lou's Decor, the interior design firm which designed this home, had the pleasure of working with Mike on this project. Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. I highly recommend bringing him on board for your next project!”

“Had major water damage from a plumbing issue. It was difficult to find a contract that wanted to come out and give an estimate. A coworker of mine had recommended Ted Nelson and his company. I gave him a call and he came out to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Having talked with a couple of other contractors, I felt very comfortable with the Nelson company. They were very professional, they showed up on time every time they said they would be coming out. They were efficient and cleaned up their mess at the end of the day every time they came out. .They did quality work, and we would Not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home. They worked closely with us and our architect in the design phase to ensure our vision was brought to life. Through phone, text, and email, JPS was in constant contact and many on site questions could be answered in a timely manner through the use of photos. Our new house is spectacular and couldn't have been done without the hard work of JPS Construction and Design. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.”

“Jamie is one of the best contractors I've worked with. First and foremost he is courteous and professional. He returns phonecalls promptly, shows up when he says he is going to (virtually unheard of!) and stays on schedule. His work is excellent and priced fairly. He has done a number of projects at our home including installing and refinishing hardwood floors, installing new windows, replacing sinks, countertops and installing garbage disposals. We've been thrilled with the results each time. He keeps us abreast of the progress by sending regular updates. Jamie does quality work and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to have work done on their home or business in the greater Newport/surrounding Rhode Island area.”

“I was lucky enough to find a fabulous Company to complete a substantial makeover of my home , which includes kitchen & baths remodeled, new siding, new widows, new doors, new roof, new deck and new floors, . I have nothing but praise for Salt Pond Builders. Steven Dickey responded immediately to my request to come and view the work I wanted done. He gave a fair quote for the extensive work to be carried out and a start date, which I gladly accepted. Nothing was too much trouble, they work non-stop from arriving to leaving each day, and they cleaned up each afternoon. They went above and beyond in all aspects of their work which is meticulous and professional. I cannot recommend Salt Pond Builders highly enough and have absolutely no hesitation in saying that anyone looking for a builder in the Rhode Island area need look no further.
