“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

From the very start, Chris (owner of 1st Choice) the homeowners, and I worked together on the project as it morphed from a remodeling project to a teardown/new house. Chris was responsive to the needs of the homeowners and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. All of the employees and subcontractors that I worked with cared about the quality of their work and were also responsive and easy to deal with. The project was completed on schedule and the homeowners were very pleased with their new house and working with 1st Choice. 1st Choice Builders lands in the sweet spot of general contractors – the combination of an excellent product for a fair price. “We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

“Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! My neighbor is now using their services as a result on her kitchen remodel!”
